ServiceSnapp backs up your complete business history (all customers, jobs, invoices, and records available through your platform's API) from the day you connect your account.
Whether you've been in business 6 months or 6 years, every snapshot includes your entire data history.
🕐What Retention Means
Snapshot retention determines how many backup versions we keep, like having 30, 90, or 365 "save points" you can access.
Example: You've been in business 5 years. Your Pro plan keeps 365 days of snapshots. Each snapshot contains your full 5-year history, and you can access any snapshot from the past 365 days.

All ServiceSnapp backup plans require a Service Fusion Plus account with API access enabled. Standard and Basic Service Fusion plans don't support third-party integrations.

Yet data issues like accidental deletions, sync conflicts, or unauthorized updates can strike unexpectedly. Our secure, automated backup solution safeguards your Service Fusion data by capturing all information available through the Service Fusion API (covering most record types and fields).
Regular backups ensure your business information remains yours to access, download, and use. Whether you need to reference lost details, analyze performance over time, support audits and compliance, or troubleshoot system errors, your data is always within reach.
With consistent scheduling and historical version tracking, you gain flexibility for operational reliability, compliance requirements, and business intelligence. Whatever the scenario, you'll always have full visibility and control over your Service Fusion data.

Your ServiceSnapp backups depend on continued API access from your platform provider. While you retain permanent access to all previously backed-up data, ServiceSnapp cannot be held responsible if your platform provider modifies API access, changes terms of service, or terminates your account for any reason.
You are responsible for maintaining compliance with your platform's terms of service. ServiceSnapp requires that all users maintain active, valid accounts with their field service platform and API access privileges.
